At Heartfelt Christ Connect, we are committed to delivering your books, Christian resources, and merchandise in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • During holidays, new product launches, or high-demand seasons, processing may take longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • We partner with major carriers such as Amazon, USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders.

  • Expedited and priority shipping options are available at an additional cost.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping (if selected) usually takes 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by country but generally range from 10–21 business days after processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or stolen packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

  • For lost or delayed shipments, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at heartfeltchristconnection@gmail.com.

6. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, shipping times will be communicated on the product page or via email.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
