Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Books, E-books, Downloads, Workbooks, Devotionals)

• All digital product sales are final.

• Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

• If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken download link), please contact us at heartfeltchristconnection@gmail.com for assistance.

2. Physical Products (Books, Christian & Biblical Items, Merchandise)

• Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• To request a refund or exchange, please provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the error was on our part).

3. Online Courses, Webinars, and Workshops

• Cancellations made 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future course or workshop.

• Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued.

4. Conferences and Events

• Registrations canceled 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus processing fees.

• Registrations canceled 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Registrations canceled less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

• If the ministry cancels or reschedules an event, participants may choose a full refund or transfer their registration to a future event.

5. Store Credits & Transfers

• In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.

• Credits can be applied to books, courses, events, or merchandise within 12 months.

• Registrations for courses, workshops, or events may be transferred to another person with prior written notice.
